Affricerdd presents Bumi Thomas and Oasis Choir Event at the Wales Millennium Centre February 26th 2020. hosted by Ty Cerdd and Tumi Williams What an incredible performance and whole event at the WMC last Wednesday for the AffriCerdd evening. ‘The organisers and audience thoroughly enjoyed our input -the WNO (Welsh National Opera) who invited us and they really want us back again! The most obvious impact and connection was with Bumi Thomas herself – she did such an amazing performance and within it she reacted to our set, ethos and our harmonies etc – what a lovely connection’. Bumi Thomas is a contemporary British-Nigerian singer-songwriter whose ethereal voice stokes the soul transcendentally.
